GL Ingenieros SA is a Colombian electrical engineering firm located in Pereira, the heart of the coffee region, with more than 30 years of experience. It was founded in 1989 to serve national and international markets with highly qualified personnel, meeting the different requirements of our clients. We design, plan and execute highly complex projects on a turnkey basis in the electrical sector.
Our production facility is equipped with all the necessary technology for the manufacture of both power and control low voltage electrical boards, providing complete solutions in different industry sectors such as: oil & gas, harbor, hospitals, airport, food & beverage, agro-industry, water and sewer, steel, housing and malls among others. In accordance with the AAA rating awarded by the different companies that certify us, we provide reliable and efficient products with the highest quality standards ..

1989
On March 9, 1989, it was born with the name G&L Ingenieros LTDA, with the purpose of attending to the industrial growth and technological modernization of the region and the country.
1996
Due to the fact that the company began to have a great growth, we began to increase all the physical, human and financial resources and thus it was decided to create FATEL Ltda., a new company that would no longer be dedicated to the provision of Engineering services but to the manufacture of Electrical Boards and Metal-Electrical products such as Ducts and Cable Trays, maintaining the provision of engineering services
2007
In 2007, GL Ingenieros changed its legal entity to a Public Limited Company, registering with the Chamber of Commerce as Grupo Lopera Ingenieros S.A (GL Ingenieros S.A.) with the aim of becoming an international company and always being among the best in the industry. .
2010
In this year we received from BVQI the certification of the integral management system for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard
2011
On May 7th, we received the Comprehensive Management System certification from BVQI in compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
They recognized us with the Gacela – Misión Pyme award, for setting out a long-term vision and expectations, having a focus on internationalization.
2013
We participate in the manufacture of power and automatic control for the baggage transportation system at El Dorado Airport.
We did the design, manufacture and supply of CCM¨ s and low voltage distribution boards 480/208-120 VAC. In a Shelter-type container unit, for the application of light crude oil transfer pumps, ACPM and cooling water discharge
2015
On October 29, we received from BVQI the RECERTIFICATION of the Integrated Management System as compliance with the application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
GL Ingenieros manages to obtain a wide range of internationally certified products under IEC 61439 Standard and RETIE 2013

Ultracem: We participated in the electrical assembly of power, instrumentation and control of the phase II project, Ultracem SAS Plant
